Seeds to Success: The Louisiana Farm to School Program is excited to host the 10th annual Louisiana Farm to School Conference on October 28, 2026, in Baton Rouge. As we gather for this milestone conference, we invite exhibitors to connect with school nutrition professionals, producers, educators, community leaders, and advocates from across Louisiana. This year’s theme, Growing Together, reflects the partnerships and shared commitment that continue to advance farm to school efforts statewide and create new opportunities for the future
Designed to provide meaningful learning and networking opportunities for those working to advance farm to school in Louisiana, the conference gives exhibitors the opportunity to showcase products, programs and services that support farm to school advocates working to strengthen local agriculture, food education, school gardens, and healthy meals across Louisiana. As an exhibitor, your organization will demonstrate its commitment to healthier schools and stronger local food systems while connecting with the leaders, educators and organizations shaping the future of farm to school across the state.
We offer five sponsorship levels to fit your organization’s goals and budget. Exhibitor benefits for each level are listed below. Register early to make the most of your conference presence — including recognition in printed and digital materials.

Exhibitors will be provided with one exhibit table, one chair, and access to electrical outlets upon request . Registration includes lunch for one person.
